Last week to Participate!!! – Lopez Island Hospital District

The LIHD Community Survey on Health Care will remain open through Sunday, October 10th. Please take a few minutes to participate in this very important activity. Your feedback will help us understand what you see as the community’s health care needs in the years ahead. The results will inform the LIHD’s future activities, define the opportunities and challenges facing our community, and define how we will measure success.
